Rakesh Bapat is a Bollywood actor known for his clean cutie-pie looks that girls die for. After a brief stint in Bollywood with Romantic films like “Tum Bin”, “Dil vil pyar vyar” and “Koi mere dil mein hain”, Rakesh decided to move to television.
Rakesh has made his debut on television in the drama series Saat Phere on ZEE TV. He plays the charcater of Neel who is the childhood friend of Saloni (the lead protagonist girl). Neel comes out as a loving character in the beginning of the story but later turns into and antagonist as he attempts to obtain Saloni's love and creates rifts in Saloni relationship with her husband.
In NDTV Imagine’s unique and popular tele series Ek Packet Umeed he plays the character of Anuj . Anuj is an MBA and helps in the running of Umeed Bhavan. He is a childhood friend of Sujata and is in love with her. Anuj is also a great photographer and keeps clicking candid pictures of Sujata.
