Teen Bahuraaniyan is a light soap opera with a mixed genre of emotions. It is a story of three daughter-in-laws of the Gheewala family who come from different social backgrounds and get together under one roof of this Gujarati family. The story has a lot of light comic relief along with kitchen politics.
The show is produced and narrated by veteran film and television actor Paresh Rawal.
The three bahus- Janki (Played by Kadambari Kadam), Manjeet (Played by Manva Naik) and Bindiya (Played by Amrapalli Gupta) are the lead protagonists of the story.
The Gheewala family is an upper class Gujarati joint family.
The three daughters in law try to maintain peace and amity in the family but are often posed with problems and politics created by their mothers in law who are selfish by nature.
Vrinda Maasi (played by Smriti Irani) comes to the help and rescue of the three bahus along with her husband Sumit (played by Aman Verma)
