What are the different products and packages that you offer?

We offer 2 products, online PC viewing and our WatchIndia TV-Box. The option for PC viewing is automatic activated with the purchase of your subscription. The WatchIndia TV-Box connects straight to your television set, eliminating a need for the PC and allowing you to watch easily and comfortably on a big screen. With the TV-Box, your viewing experience is the same as when you watch your “regular” television provider even though you are actually watching IP (Internet Protocol) TV.

Do I need a Set-Top box or any hardware to view the channels?

No. You don’t need anything besides a computer and an internet connection. We also offer the WatchIndia TV-Box which connects to your television set so that you can watch directly on your TV for an improved viewing experience.

What is the WatchIndia TV-Box?

The WatchIndia TV-Box is a plug-and-watch device allowing you to watch our IP TV service directly on your TV set. All you need to do is connect the TV-Box to your television set and start watching the channels that you are subscribed to - Live & On Demand.

The TV-Box connects to the internet, wireless option is available, to stream the content directly to your TV. This eliminates the need for a PC and makes the viewing all the more enjoyable.

How long is the free trial?

Your free trial will last for 2 weeks and will include the package you have chosen. Just sign up and during the first 2 weeks you will get the live feed from India and 2 weeks of Video on Demand. We want you to be able to try our service completely before you join.

Can I cancel any time?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by giving notice to Customer Support. Free Trial subscriptions must give 24-hour notice. This means that if you cancel your subscription within this timeframe you will not be charged for the trial period. Subscribers to the service must give notification 5 days prior to the end of their billing cycle.
