Can I have 2 TV-Boxes, for different rooms?
This option will be available in the near future.
At the moment, you will only be able to use one TV-Box per subscription.
We know that at different times of the day, you may want to watch your programs in different rooms. We are now working on a solution so that you can use one subscription with multiple TV-Boxes.

How can I update my personal and payment details?
Please contact Customer Support for updating any of your personal or Credit Card details.
You can call us and our agent will update the details for you. For change of Personal information such as email address or phone number, you can also send us an email with the new information to update.
If you want to update Credit Card information, send us an email stating that you would like to change your details and one of our agents will contact you. Please do not send us your Credit Card details by email.
How can I change my package?
You can change your plan by contacting Customer Support and giving details about the plan that you would like to subscribe to.
If you are subscribed to a monthly ‘pay as you go” plan, you can change your plan at any time you would like. The new plan will be effective immediately and you will be billed the new subscription amount on your next recurring billing date.
Customers who are subscribed to a yearly “pay as you go” plan will receive a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the year that they have paid for.
If you are registered for a plan with a commitment, due to which you have also received a discount, you can also change your plan which will be done according to WatchIndia.TV site terms. This means that we will cancel your current plan and credit you any remaining balance based on the list price that you would have been charged upon signup without the discount and without a commitment.
What is WatchIndia.TV’s Cancellation Policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Support, contact details are listed on the site. When sending an email, please include the reason for cancellation; it is important for us to receive your feedback, in all forms.
Subscribers to monthly plans must give 5 days’ notice while subscribers to Yearly plans must give 14 days’ notice when requesting account cancellation.
WatchIndia.TV bills in pre-paid monthly increments; if you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the month for which you have already been billed and there will be no additional charges.
WatchIndia.TV does not refund monthly subscription charges. If you were subscribed to a yearly plan, you will be credited on a pro-rated basis for the full months not used.
If you have purchased a subscription with a yearly commitment we will calculate the charges according to the list prices at the time of signup; the remainder will be credited. For complete details about this, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
How do I renew my subscription?
There is no need for you to actively renew your subscription if you are happy with the current package. All WatchIndia.TV accounts are registered for automatic renewal for the convenience of our customers. Your subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of the billing cycle.
If you are registered for a monthly subscription, it will renew on the same date every month. (In cases where this date doesn’t exist, such as the 30th of the month in February, the subscription will renew on the day before.)
The same will happen when registered for a yearly subscription. The renewal will be exactly 1 year from the date of the original signup charge.
When your subscription renews you will be charged the current list price of the package. This means that if the price of your package changed during the billing period, you will be charge the updated price on the renewal date.
The above does not apply if you were given a special offer. For example – if you have received a special price for the first 3 months of your subscription, your subscription will renew at the special price given; only on the 4th month will you be charged according to the current list price.
Every time that your subscription is renewed you will receive a confirmation email from WatchIndia.TV to notify you of the successful renewal.
Can I freeze my subscription while I’m on vacation?
WatchIndia.TV gives you the option to freeze your yearly* subscription while out of station so that you do not pay for subscription time not utilized.
You can freeze your subscription for up to 90 days. When your subscription is unfrozen, you will continue your subscription where you left off, with the days that you have remaining on your subscription time.
Please contact Customer Support both for freezing and unfreezing your subscription. Please note that if you do not unfreeze your subscription after 90 days it will be automatically reactivated.
* Monthly subscriptions cannot be frozen. We will be most happy to hear from you when you are back and will provide you with our best offers as a returning customer.
Can I add more channels to my account?
You can add channels to your account as you please without having to change your base pack.
Just contact our Customer Support and tell them which channels you want to add.
You will be charged for each of the channels on a monthly or yearly basis, as you choose. If you want to add more, just inform us and we will do so.
Removal of channels will require a change of the base package. Customer Support will provide the details as are relevant for each customer's specific package.
I get an error when logging in to my account on the PC
Please send us a screenshot of the error message that you are receiving.
Save the screenshot as a jpeg file so that it isn’t too large to be received.
Does WatchIndia.TV provide Customer Support?
Yes we do. Our Customer Support agents are available 24x7 for your convenience and will be happy to assist with any issue.
How do I know when my programs are broadcasted?
We provide you with a TV-Guide schedule so that you know when your programs are broadcasted.
You can see the schedule either online at http://www.watchindia.tv/tvguide.aspx or on our What’s On India channel.
What’s On India is aired on the lobby of the TV-Box. This is the first screen that you see when you turn your TV-Box on. You can also find the channel on your PC, if you are using a PC plan. This is the last channel on the remote control. The schedule on What’s On India will display the time in IST.
The WatchIndia.TV online TV-Guide displays the schedule in your local time. We update the TV-Guide on a weekly basis with the upcoming week’s programming schedule.
The channels are listed on the left side of the TV-Guide page. Scroll to find the channel of your choice. The TV-Guide will open on the current time that you check it. To find out what will be aired later in the day, just check according to the timelines at the top of the page; if the time is not displayed, then click on the arrow to move forward in time.
You can also find out more details about a program by clicking on the name within the TV-Guide page.
The TV-Guide will also assist you in finding the programs on VOD, according to date.
I received a message that renewal of my subscription failed, how do I fix this?
We will attempt to charge your account 5 times within a 2 day timeframe*. This timeframe allows for correction of the reason your renewal has been unsuccessful.
Please check that the Credit Card that you have on your account records is valid. If you have recently received a new Credit Card, it may be that the one on record has expired. If this is the case, give us a call and we will update the details immediately.
Renewal of your subscription may also be due to a different problem with the payment information on record. If your Credit Card is valid, we suggest that you contact your bank to see why the charge was rejected.
The renewal failure may also be due to a temporary technical error. If this is the case, then the next automatic renewal attempt should succeed.
*PayPal customers renewal process is slightly different – we will attempt 3 renewals within a 7 day timeframe.
