So in a sense, in exchange for all the material wealth and comfort that she is being blessed with, Janaki in turn has to sacrifice all of that for her youth being given away to a much older man.Naturally, all of this leads to a lot of conflicts and diverse thoughts running through the mind of Janaki. And it is all of these aspects which make Kunku such a compelling television program to watch. After all these are conflicts which a lot of people in everyday life also get to face or are simply compelled to face, for a wide array of reasons. This is especially true for a lot of women out there who have to make sacrifices of so many different kinds.
